Sexual Health & STI Testing
At Hopwoods Pharmacy, we are proud to support the physical, mental and sexual health of our patients. We have recently partnered with Cardiff and Vale Health Board and Public Health Wales to be a provider of free-to-access STI testing kits. We can also provide free condoms, lubrication and other resources over-the-counter to patients.
What do the kits test for?- The kits can test for
- Chlamydia
- Gonorrhoea
- HIV
- Syphilis
- Hepatitis B
- Hepatitis C
- Full instructions are included in the kits
- Results will be sent to the individual by PHW with any follow-up arranged as needed
Who is eligible?- There are no restrictions for self-selection STI kits and sexual health resources
